The 2010 Ontario fishing season starts at Wenasaga Lodge on May 15th and we are excited to be officially counting down the last days of winter as we gear up for the start of the season. In anticipation of the new year, David has already planned out which of the trails to the outlakes he is going to upgrade first this spring for those who take advantage of our more remote Ontario fishing trips. And we’re both excited to show our new and returning guests the renovated fish house with its new log siding (
that’s a picture of the fish house right there).
We’re also proud of the new screened porch on Cabin 10 and will post pictures as soon as the snow melts. With these recent developments as well as the fresh paint down on several of the cabin floors at the end of the season in 2009, we like to think we are keeping up the standards our guests at Wenasaga Lodge have come to expect.
We are looking forward to another great year of fishing on Lake Wenasaga. And we look forward to seeing all our returning guests again and meeting the new ones. Have a great day today and just ignore all that snow outside your window — less than 3 months to go until the fishing season begins!
